The location was quite central. The hotel sits close to food and shopping. Staff was friendly and professional. The 3-bedroom apartment was ideal for my family. It felt spacious and comfortable. The apartment was also clean.
Valet parking costs $45 each night. I found this a bit expensive. My room faced the street and I could hear some noise at night. The noise wasn't overwhelming. it did affect my sleep some.

Really good City Center Stay

The staff was very friendly allowing us to store luggage before and after check out! The location proved ideal for shopping, and dining experiences were just steps away. I found it easy to walk to the Sky Tower and the casino which was convenient.
Valet parking was $45 per night. The parking garages nearby could offer more affordable rates.

It is convenient to go to Queen Street directly from the hotel. Many restaurants are nearby and it is convenient for shopping. Most importantly, it does not require climbing hills.

All staff were friendly! and the front desk helped with extending the checkout. The pool and gym were available to allow for a refreshing experience after long flights.

The location is central. I could easily access many shops and restaurants nearby. My room had a kitchen, a washing machine, a dryer, and a dishwasher.. The room was comfortable.
The gym was smaller than expected. It had limited equipment. The parking was not free. It cost 45 nzd per night.
