Decent Stay at City Hotel
central location professional staff expensive parking street noise
The location was quite central. The hotel sits close to food and shopping. Staff was friendly and professional. The 3-bedroom apartment was ideal for my family. It felt spacious and comfortable. The apartment was also clean.
Valet parking costs $45 each night. I found this a bit expensive. My room faced the street and I could hear some noise at night. The noise wasn't overwhelming. it did affect my sleep some.

Really good City Center Stay
friendly staff ideal location easy walk
The staff was very friendly allowing us to store luggage before and after check out! The location proved ideal for shopping, and dining experiences were just steps away. I found it easy to walk to the Sky Tower and the casino which was convenient.
Valet parking was $45 per night. The parking garages nearby could offer more affordable rates.

The size was nice and the rooms were clean, with really nice towels. There was a filtered water machine in the lobby. I appreciated refilling my water bottle.

It is convenient to go to Queen Street directly from the hotel. Many restaurants are nearby and it is convenient for shopping. Most importantly, it does not require climbing hills.

All staff were friendly! and the front desk helped with extending the checkout. The pool and gym were available to allow for a refreshing experience after long flights.

the room was really spacious with many amenities. the location is excellent, very central! i appreciated the friendly staff, they were helpful. we loved the pool! but the view was amazing.

helpful staff valet parking small gym slow elevators
The front desk staff patiently helped me navigate the correct wifi account. they even came to the room to sort me out. valet parking is a great option if you have a car. I really needed that.
the gym was small. it only had a few treadmills. the elevators were slow, and i sometimes waited a while.
